Break the ice and get to know your coworkers in a whole new way in our Great Zoom Challenge Game. Compete in challenges that test your team’s creativity chops, cooperation skills, and superhero speed.

about the event
Players are split into teams to complete challenges for points. Our game hosts are experts in reading the Zoom room (we’ve hosted over 300 of these games!) and will select challenges based on each team’s interpersonal dynamics to ensure big team laughs.
Play during your next team-building event, as an icebreaker, or as a new project kick-off party. This game is also great for new hire orientations because everyone always ends up smiling and learning more about each other at the end!
Challenges and tasks that teams might get include:
- Find an item that’s blue, pointy, made out of wood, and starts with the letter C. First person back wins 5 points for their team.
- Find an item that everyone on your team has and pass it to each other on Zoom. Best video wins 10 points.
- Quick, pick one: Aliens, Dinosaurs, or Blowfish? Last person standing wins 5 points for their team.
- Make a Team Frankenstein with your Zoom screens, best team photo wins 10 points.
HOW TO PREPARE
Just log into the video chat link at the time of your game and our facilitators will take care of the rest. For this event, we recommend a desktop or laptop for the best experience. Even if you’re in the same conference room, every participant should join on their own device. You may have to race around your homes, looking for items for challenges, so dress (and stretch) accordingly…. Bring your game face, and be ready to play!
